What is the minimum order?

The minimum order is 12 cookies, with a maximum of 3 cookie designs per dozen.

  • How soon can I order?

    It’s never too early to order!

    As soon as you know the dates of your event, send me an email.

    We typically book out 3 weeks in advance and earlier in holiday seasons like Christmas, Easter, Mother’s Day etc.

  • How much do they cost?

    As all cookies are custom designed and not all sets are equal, there is no set price.

    As a guide, cookies start around $69.00 per dozen, for a simple design.

    The final cost depends on the complexity of designs chosen, colours, details, edible foils etc. Character cookies start at $8.00 each.

    Final costing really depends on designs and intricacies chosen by you.

  • When do I pay?

    Payment in full is required at time of booking to secure your order. Unpaid orders will be cancelled after 7 days.

  • Do you ship?

    Yes ! We post Australia wide and offer pick-up for locals.

    Twice upon a Time Cookies takes no responsibility for goods lost, damaged or delayed once lodged with Australia Post or any other courier company.

  • How are our cookies packaged?

    All cookies come heat sealed in food safe cello bags ready to hand out to your guests at your event.

    Please advise us if they are for a cookie platter for the event table and we shall pack accordingly.

  • What flavours do you offer?

    Our Belgium spice is our solid favourite.

    Other cookie flavours include lemon, chocolate and vanilla. (You all want the Belgium spice… I know it)

    One flavour per order.

  • Do you offer holiday gift packs?

    We sure do !

    We frequently offer seasonal holiday packs. These are so popular and sell out quickly.

    Be sure to order yours as soon as you see them advertised to avoid disappointment! These are exceptionally good value, and make terrific gifts for friends, family, neighbours, colleagues, graduation gifts and teachers.

    There is no limit on your order. 1 pack or 200 packs. That’s up to you!

  • Do you offer vegan and/or gluten free options ?

    Unfortunately we don’t offer vegan or gluten free cookies. But we are working on it. Stay tuned.
